Multi-Layer Viability Protection System


1. Strain Characteristics


LPF-01® was originally isolated from the gastric environment and demonstrates strong tolerance under acidic conditions. LRX-01® exhibits acid and bile tolerance together with adhesion properties to gastrointestinal epithelial cells, supporting both gastric and intestinal health.


2. Freeze-Drying Process and Protective Matrix


During freeze-drying, selected plant-based carrier materials, including soy protein isolates, are used to help reduce physical stress during processing and support probiotic stability.


3. Low Water Activity Stability System


Low-moisture plant-based capsules and controlled water activity conditions are used to help maintain probiotic stability during storage, supporting preservation of viable strains until consumption.


Based on the ongoing stability study protocol, the target probiotic specification at the 24-month shelf life is set at not less than 65.34 Billion CFU per capsule (NLT 65.34 × 10⁹ CFU/capsule).
